Lemoine Return Policy

For the purposes of this policy, “Lemoine” refers to Lemoine Development Corporation, Mach2D Solutions Inc., and any entity wholly owned or operated by them. This definition excludes all independent resellers, including but not limited to Lemoine Limited (UK) and Lemoine Europe (Italy), which operate as separate legal entities.


Orders placed directly with Lemoine:

To receive a full refund for annual or 3-year software subscriptions, you must cancel and request a refund within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation and refund requests must be made within 5 days of the purchase or renewal date. Maintenance plans are non-refundable.

This policy applies only to subscriptions and maintenance plans purchased directly from Lemoine. It does not apply to other products, services, or offerings, including but not limited to consulting services, training, or custom software development.

However, for service-based purchases (e.g., consulting, training, or custom development), you may cancel and request a full refund prior to the commencement of any billable work. Once work has begun—defined as delivery of a service, allocation of resources, scheduling of work hours, or engagement in deliverable planning—the purchase becomes non-refundable. If a deposit was paid, it may be retained in whole or in part to cover preparation costs or time reserved.


Orders placed with a retailer or Lemoine reseller:

Return and refund policies for subscriptions or services purchased from third-party retailers or authorized Lemoine resellers, including Lemoine Limited and Lemoine Europe, may vary. Please contact the seller directly for their applicable policies.


After the applicable refund period, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued. Lemoine reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or where significant usage of the service has occurred.
