Tools & Holders: Fallback materials, holder storage, and Polyline Tolerance.
The Tools & Holders section governs materials, holders, and geometry.
- Materials — a fallback cutter material (Carbide / HSS) per tool family, used only when the source doesn’t specify one.
- Storage — how holders are stored: don’t create standalone holders, save to the destination library, or save to a dedicated holder library.
- Polyline Tolerance — the accuracy of polygonized holder and tool geometry.
